Multi-layer coating pellet technology (MLCP) is a manufacturing technology developed under the Hyaluronan Drug Delivery technology platform. Using an advanced fluid bed technology, we coat pellets with a patented formulation of drug and HA in multiple layers to produce an oral dosage form targeted to release both drug and HA only at the intended target area. Each pellet is a complete unit, which is then filled into oral capsules at the required dosage necessary for patients.

This technology is now applied to the development of a new drug, IBD98-M. previous page
